These terms govern your use of the EVS Mechanical Inc. (“EVS Mechanical”) website and our SMS/text messaging program. By requesting service or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

When you opt in through our website contact form, or by giving us your number and verbal consent when you call, EVS Mechanical may send you text messages about your service request — appointment scheduling and confirmations, technician arrival updates, estimates, and follow-ups on requested work. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out & Help

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe by text, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again through our contact form or by asking us when you call.

Services & Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and remain valid as stated in the written quote. All HVAC work is performed by EVS Mechanical Inc., California license #1089826, and includes permits where required. Scheduling windows are provided in good faith and may shift due to emergency calls or conditions beyond our control.
